Contra-Mestre Pequenininho (Kelvin Wyatt) started training in Capoeira in 1997, with Os Malandros de Mestre Touro under Mestre Preto Velho, however, he always thrived for a deeper understanding of Capoeira. This led Pequenininho to find another Mestre to learn from which introduced Mestre Caboclinho Aruanda. Pequenininho trains in Capoeira Angola of Bahia as it was passed to him. In 2009 Pequenininho graduated with the title Treinel (teacher) in Capoeira Angola and has continued to grow in Capoeira Angola.
After traveling to Salvador, Bahia in 2014 Pequenininho graduated to the title Contra-Mestre in Brazil. Contra-Mestre Pequenininho’s goal much is to pass on the culture of Brazil through understanding, respect & peace.
